Founded in May 2024, Wuhan Xinlike Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly incubated and nurtured by Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) , the National Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, and the National Innovation Center for Digital Design and Manufacturing. The company holds fully independent patented technologies and focuses on the R&D and industrial application of high‑precision bonding, high‑resolution electrospray printing, and related equipment, serving industries such as semiconductors, optical communications, new energy, MEMS, and 3C manufacturing.

Leveraging over 20 years of accumulated expertise in electrospray and bonding technologies from the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering at HUST, the company occupies nearly 5,000 m² of facilities, including approximately 1,000 m² of cleanroom space covering Class 100, Class 1,000, and Class 10,000 grades. 01.   EHDJet‑S Industrial Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) Spray Coating Equipment

The EHDJet‑S industrial EHD spray coating equipment uses a high‑voltage electric field to guide a high‑speed jet stream, breaking through the Rayleigh limit and generating femtoliter‑level droplets through multiple bursts. It can deposit uniform and dense films with thicknesses ≥50 nm. Compared with spin‑coating and blade‑coating (2D film‑forming methods), it enables the fabrication of micro‑/nanoscale films on 3D and hollow structures, making it one of the essential tools for microelectronics, semiconductors, energy batteries, biomedicine, and other specialized applications.
